Ever since recycling has been widely available, here at Stylotel we have been at the heart of the action. Amongst the obvious players, like plastics, metal + cardboard – we go that little further, even recycling our food waste! Food waste is put into an anaerobic digester where micro-organisms break down food waste in the absence of oxygen. This process produces biogas, a mixture of methane and carbon dioxide which can then be used to produce heat, electricity or transport fuels – there you go – you learn something new every day!
From energy saving lighting solutions to clever climate control, we do our best to stay at the forefront of technology available to make sure we all have a greener happier future – even our new elevator is specially designed to save energy when not in use unlike conventional lifts!
